The difference between this product and common steam sterilizer and oxirine sterilizer is as follows: low temperature ( 45°C and low pressure in the process of sterilizing with no potential of burn to articles sterilized and operators ); environment-friendly(no harm to environment for the remains of sterilization are oxygen and water and there is no harmful residues);time-saving ( no more than 28 minutes for the standard procedure and 38 minutes for the advanced procedure which efficiently enhance the utilization of the sterilizer); economical and applicable(no need to get access to facilities such as water or steam); broad application scopes(applicable to surgical instrument such as operating instrument, orthopedic instrument, endoscope, laparoscopy ,instrument for endocrine surgery and other sterilizing instrument); applicable to rapid sterilizing of medical instruments which are not resist to high temperature; high efficiency ( immediate use of articles after 28 minutes?sterilizing ); easy installation ( no need of detoxification equipment or drainage system); cyclic technology and powerful sterilization (for conduit with 1mm in diameter, the maximum length of sterilizing can reach 1000mm without any enhancer); automatic computer control( automatic note and printing, intelligent memory card (32M) which enables convenient backup); Strong loading capacity and high efficiency of space utilization; person-computer operating interface with touch screen(displaying temperature, time, pressure, date, process, breakdowns during sterilizing in Chinese which is directly perceived and convenient )
(2) Application Scope
Applying to the machines which are sensitive to heat and humidity, especially suitable for micro -tubes. Higher efficiency in sterilization, stronger penetration function, even complete sterilizing on the inner parts of the soft tube structure.
Applicable to instrument which are sensitive to heat and humidity at 40°C,thus Broadened the scope of sterilization and enhanced the sterilization power

Conduit, special multi-electrode diagnostic tube, GL endoscope, various micro tubes in soft fiber optical endoscope and sensitive medical instrument

Culture dish of bio-indicator equipped on the apparatus puts the results into the database
■ A) peroxide hydrogen is decomposed into water and oxygen after sterilization which do no harm to the operators and environment
B) Airtight system of the doors: silica gel airtight system +electronic contract airtight system. And negative pressure ensures that the gas could not leak into the operating room where it would do harm to operators
C) Automatic monitor and alarm device on the apparatus will check the work of the equipment. And it will alarm automatically when there are setbacks
■ Easy to move for there are castors on the bottom of the apparatus
■ Weak sensibility to humidity, while the packing materials have great compatibility
■ Provides storage box for hydrogen peroxide, bio-indicator, chemical indicating notes, indicating sticky tape and various specification of packing cloth.
Note: Difference between clean operating department and conventional operating department:
For the former, not only the polluting of microorganism to the inner and outer part of operating rooms, but also the pollution of lifeless micro-particles to the inner part of operating rooms should be prevented.
Additional to the conventional efficient disinfecting and sterilizing measures, the former should also adopts air-cleaning technology .The former mainly aims at the surface sterilizing; the latter, removing particles (with life microorganism) in air. Some conventional sterilizing measures will be out of work when the two measures are adopted at the same time .An example is ultraviolet lamp lighting which has been clearly stated by World Health Organization.
