(1) Brief introduction of product
Besides the standards of clean level and germ concentration for various clean rooms in clean operating department, other main technical indicators include: static pressure difference, sectional wind speed, air changing frequency, self-cleaning time, temperature, and noise, intensity of illumination and volume of new wind. For air-conditioned clean operating rooms, 85%dust and germs are from air, thus it is critical to clean air in the room. On the other hand, researches and practice have proved that it is not necessary for the whole room to attain the same level of air clean rate for it is rather wasteful .Strengthening contamination control of operating table will get twice the result with half the effort. This is so-called ?trengthening the sense of main area?Fence structure is required to be not increasing dust and germs, easy-operating, function-satisfying ,no need to be sophisticated and extravagancy
■Self-cleaning time:
Under the prescribed number of times of air changing, the time from the lowest level of clean rate when operating room is polluted to high level in constant static state (e.g. The level from the starting of computer to the starting of next operation
■New wind volume
The minimum wind volume for levelⅠ, level Ⅱ-Ⅲoperating room are respectively required to be 100m3/h (ophthalmologic operating rooms ,usually having few operators and narrow space,800m3/h )800m3/h and 600m3/h for avoiding troubles in small operating rooms

(4) New Wind Dealing System:
After air-conditioning in operating room, doctors and nurses complain about the stuffing of the room, especially in small operating rooms where the usage of Halon is 500ml/h. When the new wind blow attains 1200m3/h, the concentration of Halon can be maintained 500cm3 (1200 m3=0.4ppm. which is just lower than the maximum concentration of 5ppm)
Owing to the special effect of clean and fresh air collected from the outdoor to the quality of indoor, the set and waterproof function of the new air inlet should be emphasized .Those without the two functions should not be adopted.
Dust concentration of new air and the air after initial filtration the initial filter differs greatly; the former is 500 times higher than the latter. The Middle-Effect Air-Filtration Dust Removing box takes multi-polar forms largely to reduce the dust brought into the air conditioner by new air from outside the room and insufficient protection of highly efficient filter. The protection of component and high efficiency in the protection system can be realized, only when the two dust concentration is approximately equal. Moreover, the low cost of filter on the new wind tunnel, much simpler in changing and cleaning than high-efficiency filter, and having effect in lengthening the usage circle of the high-efficiency filter. As a new concept of new wind cleaning, it has been officially proposed. For efficient and flexible control of the positive pressure and expelling disinfection air, anesthetic air and unfavorable odor, the air-exhausting system in operating room can be installed separately and it should work constantly as the air-sending machine, so air-exhausting system and air- sending system should be chained
